Starting Fall 2026, Academics With Alex will begin offering tutoring for 9th–12th grade students. We will extend the same care, compassion, and patience to our high schoolers. We will also offer SAT and ACT prep to support students as they prepare for college.

Elementary & Middle School Tutor

Academics With Alex is now hiring for new positions. We are looking for a caring, patient tutor who enjoys working with K–8th grade students in both homeschool and traditional school settings. Applicants must show strong knowledge of the subjects they teach and be able to explain material clearly. This role is great for a college student, teacher, retired teacher, para, or someone who has earned college credits and is passionate about education and looking for experience. Pay is $18 per hour. High School Academic Tutor

Academics With Alex is seeking a supportive, responsible tutor for 9th–12th grade students. This position includes subject tutoring and SAT/ACT prep. Applicants must show strong knowledge of high‑school level material, be able to teach it clearly, and be comfortable working in both homeschool and traditional school settings. This role is great for a college student, teacher, retired teacher, para, or someone who has earned college credits and is passionate about education and looking for experience. Pay is $20 per hour.
